Earlier in her career, Ms. Benoit held positions at The Disney Channel, where she developed research strategies for the pre-school to pre-teen audience, and at Comedy Central, as part of the team responsible for re-launching that channel. Her research there was influential in the development of such network hits as "South Park" and "The Daily Show."

Her first research position was with Cartoon Network, where she established the research strategy and launched the first brand-tracking study for the animation network.

Ms. Benoit has a bachelor's degree in Communications from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She serves on the board of the USC Marshall School of Business' Institute for Communication, Technology and Management (CTM).

He's co-founded a number of companies and non-profits over the years including Learning Productions, a learning simulation company that successfully exited (sold to SmartForce for $16m) literally days before the crash in 2000 and B!, a social health and wellness startup, - 'the best work of his life' that didn't...painfully got caught between rounds of funding in the 2008 bust.

After three months recuperating on (sailing) and in (diving) the waters of the South Pacific and Southeast Asia in 2009, Teddy started teaching and mentoring budding entrepreneurs and designers between his home in the Bay Area and his hometown of Chicago. He's taught entrepreneurship, business strategy, and design at the Haas School of Business, both the Kellogg School of Management and the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, The Institute of Design in Chicago and was both Associate Chair and faculty of the groundbreaking Design MBA program at the California College of the Arts. He's mentored and taught at Excelerate in Chicago, Startup Weekend, Lean Startup Machine and the Founder's Institute in the Bay Area and at Greenstart - the clean tech accelerator. Teddy earned a Master of Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and MBAs in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Columbia and London Business Schools. He's absolutely thrilled to return to the ASEAN region and specifically to be in Singapore...and is happy to call himself the latest resident of Tiong Bahru.
